POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The secretary will ensure a smooth and efficient office so that the maximum positive impact on the education of students can be realized.

ENVIRONMENTAL ELEMENTS:

The work environment is an office setting including standard office equipment (fax, copier, phone, computer, 10-key, etc.) combined with the standard school setting.  The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate and occasionally high depending upon student population and activities.  The employee may be exposed to blood borne pathogens. Primary work will be in an office environment where extreme temperatures are relatively nonexistent. Employee may be exposed to extreme temperatures and dusty conditions within record storage facilities
