Job Title: Data Team Leaders
Extra Duty

Qualifications:
- Must be an effective educator.
- Must be highly knowledgeable or be willing to receive additional training to become highly knowledgeable about professional learning communities, use of data to inform instruction, principles of effective instruction, differentiation, targeted interventions, instructional strategies, and use of common formative assessments.
- Must have effective communication skills and the ability to facilitate the learning of other adults.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the progress of the team toward achieving its vision for data use
- Implement and uphold policies for data use in the district
- Facilitate the development of models for inquiry and data use that will be used by the team
- Support district departments, principals, school data teams, and teachers in their use of data
- Use data to identify professional development needs of the grade level team
- Establish the lines of communication necessary for the sharing of results and best practices
Exclusions:
Data team leaders will not play a part in the evaluation of other licensed staff members.
Stipend: $856.00, with opportunity for additional 6 hours @ curriculum rate by attending district level data team meetings with the school board ($1000 total)
